If you look in the install log, you’ll see that it mentions the installation of Unagi. Unagi is the name of an application that AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) 6 installs. You can verify this by looking at the date of these files and comparing them with the date of your C:\Program Files\AIM6 directory.

Unagi is installed by the unagi3.exe file which is part of the AOL 6 installation. The installer is digitally signed by AOL and should be safe. The unagiuninst.exe object seen in MSIE’s objects appears to be an uninstaller.
